This multicentric retrospective pilot study explored peri-implant soft-tissue conditions one year after full-arch rehabilitation using a conometric connection at both the prosthetic and implant levels. Twenty patients were treated across three private dental clinics in Italy, with a total of 101 implants placed. Probing pocket depth (PPD) was measured at four sites and analyzed at the site, implant, and patient levels. The overall median PPD at the site level was 2.0 mm, and only 3% of sites showed PPD \u22654 mm, all at interproximal positions. At the implant level, 6.9% of implants had at least one site \u22654 mm; at the patient level, only 25% had any site \u22654 mm. No clinical signs of disease were observed, and no major technical complications were recorded.
