The treatment of low back pain (LBP) represents one of the most common therapeutic challenges in medicine. Various therapeutic modalities have been explored in an attempt to reduce pain and improve the quality of life for patients, including medications, physical therapy, surgical interventions, and minimally invasive treatments. One of the more recent approaches is the use of ozone, a gas with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which is gaining attention as a therapeutic option for LBP.
