Authors publishing in the European Journal of Musculoskeletal Diseases retain copyright of their work.
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant the journal and Lab Publishers the right to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article as part of the journal’s official publication activities.

Permissions and Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Permission must be obtained for the use of copyrighted material, including images, tables, and previously published content, where required.
Authors are also responsible for obtaining consent for the publication of identifiable patient information or photographs where applicable.
Archiving and Preservation
The journal supports the long-term preservation and accessibility of published content through digital archiving and DOI registration.
